Heads Up-a fact fluency game!

We practiced our addition and subtraction facts with this awesome game you can play at home!  You will need 3 players and a deck of cards. 

- Using the number cards, deal out the deck evenly to all the players.  

- Without looking, two players will flip over their top card and place them on their foreheads.  The sum finder (the 3rd player) will mentally add the sum of their two cards. The player should say the sum out loud without revealing the two cards. 

- The other two players will listen to the sum, look at their opponent's card and then think about what their card might be.  

- The first player to correctly call out their own card's value will get both cards.  The player with the most cards at the end of the game wins!
